How the Algorithm Split Works

Instead of dividing total rent by headcount (which penalizes people staying in tiny bunk rooms), we assign values to specific room tiers:

• Master/King Suites (Weighted 100%): Private en-suite bathrooms, king beds, best views.
• Standard Queen/Double Rooms (Weighted 70%): Shared hallway bathrooms, double occupancy.
• Bunk & Twin Rooms (Weighted 45%): Multiple beds in one space, shared bathrooms.

The calculator combines these weights with the total property cost to output mathematically fair splits for every guest.
